Second Anniversary

Today is our second anniversary!!! It is crazy how time flies and how much we change in just two years! I am beyond happy and beyond blessed to get to spend seventy more years with MMR - I am just guestimating I will live until I'm 95. Since it's my wedding anniversary and my blog I'm going to share the details of my special day!!

November 19, 2011 ....
Was seriously the most perfect day ever. It went off without a hitch! My mom was such a superstar - her and I basically did everything - her more than me - she's way more craft talented than I am. Despite how I thought my wedding was going to be when I was little, everything was very simple. I like simple.

All the girls got ready at my parents house, had some breakfast and Starbucks.

It was like I was getting my hair curled, and then I blinked and my BFF\MOH was shoving me in the 'burban my Dad rented to shuttle us over to the church.

The ceremony was beautiful. I had my FIL and my Dad and my Brother read. What's great about the ceremony is that I got to pick everything, the readings,

Then we were married!! And had a mini photo session at the church. Once we arrived at the reception site we took some more pictures, yes I made every stand out in the cold.

We made all the decor for the reception - it turned out so nice! Just what I had pictured - an outdoorsy fall theme :)

We had good family friends make these for you. You guys are so talented!!

Some other things handmade - our invitations, and thank-you's, name cards, our gift boxes had M&M's in there, all our bouquets, and boutonnieres.

It was such an amazing day and whenever I think about it, I just feel so lucky and happy!
